Exchange and Refund PoliciesItems sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Exchanges are only considered for obvious manufacturer's defects. All items sold have been pre-inspected prior to posting out.
Please note that the following reasons will not be considered for exchange or refund:
- Personal dislike or change of mind after purchase
- Slight colour differences(or any other minor physical differences), minor thread fray ends, wrinkles, slight mis-alignment of seams
- Minor stains (especially on light colour clothes) eg. stains no larger than a ten-cent coin
- Sizing issues (clothes do not fit)
- Complains on clothes' cutting
- Deliberate damage of clothes that it will warrant an exchange
Exchange/Refund is strictly disallowed for 2nd-hand items sold.
To Request for an Exchange
We allow exchange of items within 5 days.
The day that we send the item out will count as Day 1.
You may email us at shopwithivy@hotmail.com to request for an exchange.
Requests to exchange items will be individually reviewed by ShopWithIvy Management.
To request for an exchange:
- Email us with your reasons for wanting an exchange, and state the item you wish to exchange for
- We will give you an address to mail your item back. You will have to mail it out within 2 days or the exchange will not be valid.
- For every exchange, a postage and handling fee of $3 per item will be imposed on the buyer. Payment for this amount will be paid through ATM transfer only.
- If the item you want to exchange for is of a higher price, you will have to top up the difference in amount. (The difference in amount is paid through ATM transfer only)
- If the item that you want to exchange is of a lower price, there will be no refund of the difference. So you are encouraged to pick item/(s) of the same amount.
Refund
We will refund your payment made via ATM transfer if our stocks have run out.
Once you receive your items, please check for defects.
Please report any defects to us within 5 days.
The day that we send the item out will count as Day 1.
We will not be responsible for any defects if you do not report them within the stipulated period.
